How do I book PartyLoop for my event?
Easy! Just get in touch via our contact form, email, or give us a call. We’ll check availability, talk through your plans, and if you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll send over a booking form and deposit details to secure your date.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Wiltshire, Swindon, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and the Cotswolds—but we’re happy to travel further for the right event. If your venue is a little outside the area, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you provide both DJ and photo booth services?
Yes! You can book our DJ service, our photo booth (Retro or Magic Mirror), or both together. They work brilliantly as a package and are great for keeping guests entertained throughout the evening.
Can we choose our own music?
Absolutely. We’ll ask for a few of your favourite tracks, genres, or must-plays—and anything you’d prefer we avoid. Whether you’ve got a detailed playlist or just a vibe in mind, we’ll tailor the set to suit your event and your crowd.
Do you take song requests on the night?
Yes, as long as they fit the flow of the event. Our DJs are great at reading the room and will work requests in where they make sense. If you’d prefer we avoid requests altogether, that’s totally fine too.
What type of events do you cover?
We’re available for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, private functions, seasonal celebrations, and more. If it involves music or photos—and you want people to enjoy themselves—PartyLoop’s a good fit.
What’s included in the photo booth hire?
All our booths come with unlimited photo sessions, instant prints, a selection of props, and a friendly team member to run the booth. The Magic Mirror includes touchscreen animations, photo signing, and digital extras. The Retro Booth adds a vintage look your guests will love.
How long do you play for?
We’ll agree a start and end time with you in advance. Most evening parties run around 4–5 hours, but we’re flexible. Need background music for earlier in the day or an extended party set? Let’s have a chat and tailor it to your event.
Do you have public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment?
Yes to both! We carry full public liability insurance and all our equipment is regularly PAT tested. We can provide certificates if your venue needs them.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
We always have a backup plan. We bring spare kit and arrive in plenty of time to set up properly. In the very rare case of illness or emergency, we have trusted professionals we can call on to step in.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we ask for a deposit to secure your date. The balance is usually due 4 weeks before your event. We’ll outline everything clearly in your booking agreement so there are no surprises.
